I often wonder if aspects of the culture are as artificial as the album cover content of Nicki Minaj’s new album?

I wonder why it is profitable and so much social capital can be invested and attained in exchange for a synthetic vibe that promotes success and well-being even though it is material, contradicts, and is far from the truth.

Has this aspect of hip hop been disfigured by mainstream appeal and influence to represent self delusional faux identities that deride the inherent and natural imperfections that empathize and celebrate the encouragement of humanity while providing for pseudo profound individualistic “ethics” from achieved fame and success?

Minaj is technically sound as a hip hop artist but her overall contribution and legacy to the culture is ethically and morally unwound to say the least.

Brilliant review and piece written from the aspect of culture from thecoolintellectual.
