So Says The Markets’ Demigod

If the market were to crash after your impeachment, then the market too has been propped up by corruptive forces and influences, no?!?🤷🏾‍♂️

Trump was asked about the prospect during an interview on “Fox & Friends” by host Ainsley Earhardt, who noted that Democrats are vying to take control of the House in the November elections.

“You know, I guess it says something like ‘high crimes’ and all. . . . I don’t know how you can impeach somebody who’s done a great job,” Trump said in the interview, which was recorded Wednesday.

“I’ll tell you what, if I ever got impeached, I think the market would crash,” he said. “I think everybody would be very poor because without this thinking, [points to his head] you would see numbers that you wouldn’t believe.” — Donald Trump, President of the United States

By the way, the revelations surrounding Manafort and Cohen are just the tip of the iceberg. There are many other henchmen walking around in plain view. All it takes is suspicion which would precede to being under investigation followed by a search warrant and subpoena that would unsurprisingly reveal how corrupt this president actually is.

While most pundits deliberate on whether the nefarious deeds of the president are in fact illegal or legal, it is undeniable that the rule of law is only applicable in the eyes of the majority of this republic that we keep the hierarchical order — race or gender. If Hillary Clinton is seen as more condemable than Trump in the context of corruption, then this speaks to the upholding of patriarchal order. If ethnonationalists find it more condemable to mistreat or to treat people of color unfairly or with contempt, then of course racial hierarchy is so much more of a priority than equality.

And if the appearance of a growing economy under the auspices of Trump whose business acumen remains skeptically unquestionable, whose tax returns remain furtively undisclosed, whose trade policies is less art of the deal and more tit for tat with a prisoner’s dilemma style of negotiation, then I guess the fear mongering statements made by this president would seem unsettling and daunting based on where you’ve placed your moral bets.

If you share this world view with Donald Trump then no one wins, everyone loses.
