When Congress Is Under The Belief That This Is Somehow A Quasi-Democratic Feudal System

The dismissiveness from the Democratic party is disconcerting as the republicans take delight in excoriating and haranguing Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez for doing her job as an elected official — serving the constituency in their best interests. Whenever the republicans pounce on her the democrats for the most part just take it on the chin. They never seem to defend Congresswoman Ocasio-Cortez, nor do they find umbrage with the polemics served up by their alleged political counterparts.
The old donkey guards are used to making deals with the devil and so the more progressive, justice-minded element of the party being callously and erroneously called the far left-wing is seen as naive or amateurish — unschooled and unversed in the ways of the politics we are used to seeing. The same politics that has brought us to this preposterous spectacle in governance.

This is unacceptable and yet the only criticism of Senator Mike Lee’s (R-Utah)idiotic arguments come in the form of late night television parodies and jokes confirming the incompetence that enables the republican party. Furthermore it is absurdly clear that they are made to get away with it in comparison to the sharp rebuke and political slights heaped onto Congresswoman Ocasio-Cortez. It is indeed a very lopsided political perspective — in all its faulty framing and false narratives.

A new insurgence of conscientious justice-minded progressives within the democratic party who implore equality in every policy they introduce is riling up some feathers in the party, much to the dismay of the more traditional party liners.
Justice Democrats, by contrast, while obviously critical of the existing party establishment is — by definition — an organization that is committed to the Democratic Party and working with and through it as a vehicle for change. — Vox
